InterDo
The aware winning Web application firewall analyzes application traffic to block attacks and protect Web applications from both internal and external threats. It monitors, validates and secures all Web application requests before they reach back-end infrastructure and data, blocking requests that do not conform with InterDo's tailored, application-specific security policies.

It prevents hackers from implementing sophisticated attacks to steal, modify or delete critical information and prevents them from hiding attacks within HTTP/HTTPS requests. InterDo is based on a modular architecture, and it can be swiftly deployed to immediately secure an e-business. It can be installed directly on the Web host or deployed as an inline server to protect one-or-more Web applications.

This extensible software platform protects all Web application technologies and includes powerful controls for identifying and protecting private information such as credit card or Social Security numbers. The enterprise can also block or mask data that can be identified by custom patterns, such as check routing numbers, patient identity codes or account numbers.

Out-of-the-box and customizable protection allows InterDo to eliminate major threat categories. It offers default policies to protect enterprise, custom and third-party applications, and the enterprise can easily refine security policies for the needs of each application. A positive security model allows InterDo to automatically prevent attacks without the need for continual updates or new attack signatures.

InterDo offers simplified management that allows the enterprise to implement application security policies that are transparent to the underlying infrastructure, thus avoiding the complexity and expense of modifying polices as the infrastructure evolves. Organizations can avoid silos of security and benefit from centralized security management through an easy-to-use graphical console and a consolidated database of InterDo logs for forensic analysis.

InterDo validates request attributes and protects the information resources of any Web application without requiring expensive and time-consuming modifications to the business logic or infrastructure. AutoPolicy technology takes advantage of the application information captured by Kavado's ScanDo Web application scanner to automatically generate InterDo security policies based on the unique characteristics of each Web application.
